Now Anand and his family are all wealthy and live in a palatial home. After this meeting Anand's Dhaba grows into a restaurant, then a larger fancier restaurant, finally a five star hotel. Lord Krishna then appears to Anand who asks the Lord for material success. After this marriage, both Nekiram and Anand and his family work hard at preparing food in a small sweet shop. He meets with Nekiram, who becomes his business partner and also his samdhi (in-law) as his daughter is in love with Madhu. Through hard work, Anand starts on his way to success. The main characters in the film include Sanjeev Kumar, Utpal Dutt, Lucky Ali, Ramesh Deo and Neeta Mehta.Anand Narayan comes from a poor family, which consists of his wife, Gayatri, daughter, Kamla and two sons Madhu and Govind. The film was written by Raaj Anand, produced by Nagi Reddy and directed by Sethumadhavan. Anand is confused whether to take Kishan's advice or go on and live in misery. That life is all about challenges and he should struggle to overcome them. He tells him everything about his falling business and the waywardness of his children. Kishan comes to visit Anand and family one day and Anand confides in him. To Anand's greatest dismay, Kamla becomes pregnant. Anand later finds out that Govind has been stealing his money and wasting it on his numerous women and girlfriends. He confronts Nekiram and he decides to move out of the house. One day, Anand finds out that Nekiram has been cheating him in business. Anand asks him to follow him to his hotel so he can show his business to him.
Kishan starts visiting Anand and his family regularly at their house. Anand and his family become very rich and move into a magnificent house.Īnand becomes friends with Kishan. The restaurant starts growing gradually and finally expands into a hotel. After the marriage celebrations, the two families decide to work together and start a restaurant. Nekiram's daughter falls in love with Madhu and they start a relationship. He starts doing business in partnership with him. They have two sons Madhu and Govind and also a daughter known as Kamla.
